Hello my name is Kent, my father Kelvin owns a house in Oaks Community. This year has been a challenge for us.

I have been pulling my life back together from a horrible car accident.

To make matters worse, my father had a TWO strokes!

See, even during my downtime, I never quit. I am a thinker. I have made my earnings using technology, the internet, and putting the pieces together.

The circumstances had me reevaluate his finances. Property taxes are on the rise and the value of the real estate in the area has been at a stand still.

As his son, I had to find a new innovative idea that would bring additional value his house.

Then I found Mike Frassetto at Solar City.

I thought to myself, let me hear what they have to say. I mean Elon Musk's Tesla company had good reason to buy this company, right?

My hunch was right.

Every word sounded AMAZING!

  • 5-10% PROPERTY VALUE INCREASE!

  • NO COST OPTIONS!

  • GREEN ENERGY TAX INCENTIVES!

  • POSSIBILITY OF NO ELECTRICITY BILLS!

  • A CHANCE THE ELETRICITY COMPANY PAYS YOU

I immediately went and did the research

 It was all true!

(Here is the proof)

Internal Revenue Code Section 25D: Residential Energy Efficient Property Credit

Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory wrote a paper on the increase of the property value.

Pennsylvania General Assembly explains how the energy company pays you for contributions to the grid.

Could you imagine receiving a check instead of a bill?

I  then continued the process. Solarcity's Staff was quick and timely with assessing the property. They drew up installation drafts and a plan that fitted our needs. We were on our way to sign an agreement to secure the winnings of modern technology.

Why Solar?

Then it all fell apart when we had to get approval from the HOA. I would like to see more flexibilities in being able to bring more value to the property especially as technology is evolving.

MRH Enterprise is the management company of Oaks Community. It is simple to bring great value to the community but it starts with transparency and the willingness to-communicate to each individual owners.

My goal is to spread awareness and bring the information to the residence and the HOA. My goal is to increase the standard of living of the community and increase opportunities for wealth to all.

My father is about to retire soon, I would love for him thrive in a community that he has a connection with.

They are plenty of more reasons of why you should learn more about solar.

Enough about me.

Here is more about Mike Frassetto.

He has worked with a long list of HOAs by helping them through the transition and gaining the insight needed to move towards the future.
